How to write a resume for remote jobs

Notion, Loom, Linear, Slack, GitHub, Figma — list them. Remote hiring managers actively scan for tool fluency.
Show output, not hours
Numbers still win, but framing shifts: 'shipped X without an office' beats 'worked 40 hours per week'.
